Hey guys! As promised, I’m back with part 2 of my top 10 Kane Brown songs. I’m super excited cause he has released some new music since my last post, and it’s definitely making its way onto this post.
If you missed part 1 of this series, make sure you check that out here!
Kane Brown announced that this would be the new radio single, although he had previously stated that Leave You Alone would be the new radio single (I love this song so that’s kind of sad that it’s not gonna make it yet 😭) but it was “too slow”. Anyway, this song is super cute, and it’s fun and upbeat. Click here for an adorable video of Kane and his oldest daughter, Kingsley, dancing to this song in his kitchen. Side note: am I the only one who finds his relationship with his daughters absolutely PRECIOUS?! I follow him on FaceBook and he is always dancing and singing with them. Also, I was originally writing this post the day this song came out, but my biggest talent is procrastinating, so here I am four days later still writing this post.
Favorite lyric: If I was stranded on an island, only way I could survive is If I had you and that needle dropping on a vinyl
2. Better Place
Y’all, this song is so cute, as many of his are. I’ll share Kane’s thoughts on the song here: “We didn’t really know what we were going to write when we went into the studio. One of the guys had this idea of just talking about a better place and we started talking about a girl and a guy and the guy giving everything and wanting to make her life everything she could possibly imagine until they were both in Heaven together. It was a cool story, and we just made it a George Strait kind of country song with a new-school twist.” I mean, c’mon. That’s adorable. (Shoutout to Iolana for loving this song with me. ❤)
Favorite lyric: Till we’re hand-in-hand, walking down them streets of gold
3. Wide Open
I don’t think one is super popular, but it has a really cool sound to it. Keeping this description short and sweet 😂
Favorite lyric: She was more than just a pretty face
I think this is one of the first songs I had ever heard by him. It’s really soft and slow, super sweet. I got sick of it for a while due to overplaying, but I’m hooked again.
To be honest, I don’t think I have a favorite lyric. I just like the whole song.
Well, that concludes part 2 of my Kane Brown review. I hope you all enjoyed these posts and don’t forget to comment below any other artists y’all would like me to review! Hope you all have a fantabulous day!
